Morgan Gaskin, LAc, Dipl.OM
Morgan Gaskin is an Associate East Asian Medical Clinician at Inner Architecture. She is a graduate of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago, maintains national board certification in acupuncture as well as herbal medicine through the NCCAOM, and is licensed to practice in the state of Illinois.
Morgan values the “flexibility and sensitivity” of East Asian Medicine to address “each individual patient’s situation and needs” uniquely. Her admiration of the medicine’s ability to “connect seemingly unrelated phenomena in the body and to heal the mind, body, and spirit as a whole, restoring and maintaining good health” further undergirds her treatments and inspires her as a clinician.
Motivated by the opportunity to work hands-on with superb-quality herbs and to play a role in providing access to her profession’s gold standard of herbal care, in the summer of 2015, Morgan joined Inner Ecology as a Formulary Technician. She takes pleasure in applying exacting standards to compound customized herbal formulae ordered by skillful clinicians that facilitate healing for many patients nationwide.
Morgan has a gift for ambiance and understands the influence the arts can have on wellbeing. Her undergraduate degree and past professional work was in Theater Lighting and she relishes her ongoing fiddle classes at the Old Town School of Folk Music.
